The Majorca Historic Reserve is a small, fairly narrow patch of bushland close to the center of town.
It is partly enclosed as it has fenced farmland running along one side, a house block at the far end, and a fenced dam going part way along another side.
There are several short walking tracks running through the area, which all connect up together in various places. It's a great spot for exploring the bush without worrying about getting lost or going too far.
There is also a large, flat, grassy clearing off to the left of the entrance which is excellent for setting up a picnic blanket.
The tracks are great for horse riding and cycling, and there are plenty of birds in the area for bird watching.
