This little playground on Bridge Street, Creswick is packed with interesting play equipment. The playground sits alongside an undercover free electric barbecue and two picnic tables. There are also rubbish bins and a toilet block.


Bridge Street Playground

Playground features include ramp access, slide, steps, tic-tac-toe, weather panel, steering wheel panel, chain bridge, fireman pole, monkey bars, hanging disk traverse, rope climbing frame, curved ladder, hanging chain climbing net, flying fox, standing spinner and swings. 

Someone has also painted a fairy house door and window into the side of a tree using sparkly paint.

Picnics at the Bridge Street Playground


This park features a great barbecue and picnic area, where a free barbecue set in a brick bench stands beneath the shade of a shelter. Several picnic tables are set out in the sun, and there's a rubbish bin conveniently located alongside the picnic area. 

The picnic area is located not far from the playground. A large grassy area, shaded by huge trees, stretches up the hill on the other side. 

Walking track from Bridge Street Playground

A walking track follows Bridge Street a short way up the hill to the gorgeous Park Lake Gardens Reserve botanical garden, barbecue area, tennis courts and playground.
