Laanecoorie Cycle Track, Waanyarra VIC 3551

Dirt road leads into the bush across from the intersection of Eddington-Laanecoorie Road and Tarnagulla-Eddington Road

Features

Enjoy a picnic or barbecue lunch while looking down over the water at the Waanyarra Bushland Reserve, where the beautiful Loddon River joins the scenic Laanecoorie Reservoir. Two picnic tables sit above the waters edge offering excellent views over the river and a wood fire barbecue / fire pit sits alongside one of the tables.

This is a peaceful spot for swimming, fishing, bushwalking and birdwatching. A sign located further back in the bushland reserve states that camping is prohibited here.

Located 15 minutes from Dunolly, 22 minutes from Maryborough, and 40 minutes from Bendigo.

Please note that one of the picnic tables currently has damaged seats (January 2019).
