Features

These machinery foundations are located in the bush off Majorca Road in Blackman's Lead - an interesting area within the Craigie State Forest which displays abundant evidence and remnants of the gold digging days.

A 537 oz gold nugget was discovered in this area in 1858.

A stone monument commemorating the find is located over on Stewart Drive, fairly close to these machinery foundations.
