This playground has unique and interesting play equipment including a climbing frame, artistic looking climbing structure, hippopotamus tunnel toy, springer, flying fox and swing set.


The entire area is well shaded by tall trees and has a picnic table next to the playground, a park bench within the play area, another park bench among the trees, and a rubbish bin.

The peaceful park is located in a fairly quiet part of town and is a great spot for a picnic lunch.

HOW TO GET TO THE Pekin Road PLAYGROUND


From High Street, follow Inkerman Street and continue straight ahead through the traffic lights where Inkerman Street turns into Pekin Road. 

The playground will be a few blocks up on your right, on the corner of Pekin Road and Douglass Street.
