The Chewton General Cemetery lies off the Pyrenees Highway on Sparks Avenue, on the outskirts of the town in a peaceful bushland setting. This is one of many interesting cemeteries and early burial grounds in the area.

A gravel road travels around the cemetery, with bench seating and an undercover area provided.


How to get to the Chewton General Cemetery

The Chewton General Cemetery lies on Sparks Road, off the Pyrenees Highway just out of Chewton. 

Entry is via a gate off Sparks Road, and cars can drive directly into the cemetery.
