This beautiful historic building stands in Bealiba's picturesque Main Street and features a war memorial, decorative bench seat, and a Bill's Horse Trough.
The front of the central stone building displays the text: PUBLIC LIBRARY 1879, while the brick building at the back displays the text: BEALIBA PUBLIC HALL.
The Bills Trough is set alongside the wall in a paved area in front of the Public Hall, and the brightly coloured decorative seat is set beneath the veranda of the hall.
