The Werona - Kooroocheang Public Cemetery was established in 1871, and lies in a peaceful setting along Werona-Kingston Road.

This small cemetery is an interesting place to stop by while driving through the scenic Yandoit Hills area, which is filled with gorgeous stone buildings and ruins.

A bench seat has been installed along the right hand fence of the cemetery, donated by the Hepburn family in 2015.
