Doaks Reserve is a basic riverside reserve on the Campaspe River, just five minutes down the road from Lake Eppalock and twenty minutes from Bendigo.

Doaks Reserve is a great spot for fishing and kayaking. The bank down to the water is fairly steep but it is still accessible. There is a rope swing attached to a tree with a make-shift wooden ladder going up the trunk, but swimming is not advised here as you can see many submerged logs and branches in the water.

A dirt/gravel track travels through the reserve to the Campaspe River, ending in a loop with plenty of clear space to park. 2wd vehicles will make it into this reserve in dry conditions. The only visitor facility here is a steel picnic table.
